I will admit that I hate to buy a car its second to the dentist. But I was surprised by the group at IA Motors. They were not your typical car dealer. They were no pressure and were welcoming. They are an honest dealership that stands behind their service and product. I am more than pleased with the service I have received and would highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a car to stop by.

Well this place is a joke wish I could do negative starts. We had bought a car from them and was only able to drive it for a short period of time then we had issues with engine and exhaust. It was to the point it was not drivable. We tried talking to them a month after purchase and letting them know and we got laughed at and was told it was our problem. We got that additional warranty and no one would help us till we had all the documentation on it. Well after all the hounding we got it after it expired. To top it off we got charged late fees to get it plated because of issues with the title and

I called this dealership after weeks of searching for a larger SUV to fit our family. I talked with mark sent him my information and paperwork requested( we live about 110 miles away) Mark called me back maybe 10 mins later telling me EXACTLY what he could offer and work with. Never once did we feel pressured in to buying or let down by the inventory. All very nice used vehicles. Wonderful customer service!
