Welcome to the Pikes Peak Area, from Jim, Dee and David Ozburn, owners of Falcon Meadow RV Campground. The family started this campground in 1959 and have been happy campers ever since. Our forty-five site campground is at 6,800 feet altitude, looking across the 20,000 acre Banning-Lewis Ranch with America's Peak, Pikes Peak (14,110 feet altitude) in the background.
We are a small rural family campground on the high plains of Colorful Colorado that is open all year. Our roads are gravel and our meadow is buffalo grass and dandelions with some yuccas and a few trees. We are a quiet, simple campground with big sites (RV and tent) and more big sights (Pikes Peak and the Front Range) of Colorado.

Nice, helpful people, gas prices are high everywhere but store was clean, employees were courteous and very helpful and got a nice greeting from the cashier who stopped what she was doing and came and rang me up as soon as I walked up to the counter and then followed me out to help me get the propane I was there to purchase. I have no complaints. Nice little spot.

We stayed here a couple of days on our way to Montana, and an extra day for unexpected medical issue. The park was well maintained and they had an excellent dark park. They even had a little general store and fuel. We had a great experience with Angela she offered site seeing tips even helped us with out by arranging an extra night stay for both of rigs when a medical emergency came up. Would definitely stay again!!

Stayed here in January 2021 for over a week. Discussed monthly rates for the summer at that time. Dee and Jim discussed while holding the phone away from their ear about what lie to tell us for why they wouldn't accept us in our fully renovated 1990 class a motorhome, because it is older than 2000. When asked about why we couldn't stay now but did 6 months ago, they said "well we are having to turn people away because we are full," after already asking how many nights we wanted to stay. We enjoyed this campground when we stayed in the winter, but now that it is summertime they only want to accept
