If you are serious about helping your hearing condition, go to audiologists who are serious about going above and beyond to help you get there. All those at Adept Audiology have that goal in mind for every patient they see. You can believe it when I say I always look forward to going there because of the improvements I have experienced during the visits. I have never been disappointed. Very well run from Doctors to staff. Two convenient offices. Dr Bride is an excellent audiologist who does the main thing always asked of a Doctor - she answers your questions.
Paying attention is at a premium in my business so its something I look for in physicians. You get that here. I'm very happy I went with them.
(Now...when do I get my Starbucks??? ;)

I saw Dr. Tonya yesterday - what a delight. She was eager to help and I am very excited to be able to hear better soon. The tests were not as annoying as I had imagined that they would be and I received a detailed analysis of "what ails me".
It is not a side note to mention that assistant Sheri is also a big part of the positive experience. From our phone banter to in person interactions she is the best!

I am so pleased with the professionalism and caring of Dr. Lyndsey Nalu. I really believe she wants her patients to completely understand their hearing loss, and to that end spends time to explain the problem and then how she feels it needs to be addressed.
On return visits to have the aid tweaked to enhance hearing she does not rush the process....but makes sure that one is comfortable no matter how long it may take. It is a real pleasure to have such a concerned and capable professional.

I went to Adept Audiology based on good reviews I read online. I went specifically to treat tinnitus I’ve been experiencing for some time. Due to the following reasons, I know I made the right choice to see this provider and I give Adept Audiology a 5-star rating.
1. The practice is not corporately owned. I find this puts the focus on the patient’s needs and not corporate business goals. Further, I know I’ll always be seeing the same doctor instead of the “musical chairs” I’ve experience at other health care facilities in the area.

I felt that personal touch from the beginning to the end. I never felt rushed. I felt that they were very thorough. Candace Neufville, my doctor, was very professional and trusting. She knew exactly what I needed and definately knows what she’s doing. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for reliability, great service, and for tailoring your ear issue needs to give Adept Audiology a try. You won’t regret it!

My husband got his new hearing aids at Adept Audiology & is completely satisfied with them. Dr. Nalu spends a lot of time with her patients & wants to make sure they are tweaked perfectly for each person. She was welcoming to both of us and wanted to make sure he was happy with his new hearing aids & will keep adjusting them until they are perfect. She's a great doctor with a great personality. Her staff is great as well.

Dr. Lyndsey Nalu at Adept Audiology in Lakewood Ranch is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. She asked me a lot of questions about my hearing issues and recommended specific hearing aids that have helped me greatly. Now I can watch TV again and understand what is being said. I choose the rechargeable aids and they are a much better upgrade than the battery units I had before and last all day and into the next morning. Dr. Nalu's recommended aids are definitely an upgrade to my previous units from Costco. I have no trouble hearing now in all different environments and my aids have different
