Horrible quality items, rip off for the price. Items look completely different from what is shown. Horrible return policy, only offer store credit which is not clearly stated during your entire shopping experience nor during checkout. On top of having to pay shipping for the return. This is why people continue to shop at the major retailers (target/amazon) and why small shops are dying. Take a hint and do better for your customers.

This boutique does not even deserve 1 star. This store only relates to the smaller sizes and literally body shames those who do not fit the “mannequin” figure. This is extremely rude and very unprofessional for a business. This type of behavior will NEVER keep your boutique up and running. As you can see from previous reviews you are only received a 2.7 star rating. That is truly sad. I tried to help a small business succeed, however, with the attitude this store has I wish you nothing but failure. I will continue to post anywhere I can what a poor business you are by body shaming a female

You would think they’d want to keep up with what EVERYONE else does in order to stay competitive, but nope. No money back. No exceptions. Beyond unreasonable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I bought two dresses (after looking at reviews and photos of people in them). One I got was a small and I was absolutely swimming in it and the other I got was a medium and it was so tight. There sizing is completely inconsistent and their customer service rep told me that I should have used their size chart. That still wouldn't have prevented that from happening. I tried to return them and I had to pay for return shipping. The instructions say to send it back in whatever packaging my clothes came in. I ordered two dresses- the one dress was great and fit perfect. The other dress was more sheer/see-through than I had thought, so I decided to return it. It's my own fault for not reading the fine print, but I was surprised to hear that you cannot get your money back if you return the item- you only get a store credit. The worst part is they don't give you a return label, you have to mail it back on your own dime. My shipping cost was $12.99 for one dress, so I will definitely end up losing money on this, plus now I have a shop credit and they have low inventory in my size and I'm not sure what

If I could give them zero starts, I would. I wish I would have read the Google reviews before purchasing. This boutique looks as if they have cute, quality items. I would compare the quality to Amazon - cheap, thin, and wrinkled upon arrival. When I got my order of three dresses, not one dress fit the same. I am always a size small. One dress I was swimming in, another was too tight, and one fit just right like normal. You would think with a situation such as this, they would be understanding. How was I to know that all three dresses in the same size would fit differently? Nope! Only offer store
