Very poor customer service! I was having trouble making an online order because the shopping cart would NOT allow me to delete items. The service rep stated that I wasn't using the cart correctly. I asked if I could swing by the shop and order in person. She said, no because they are too busy to take in person orders. WOW!

I absolutely love the shirt we ordered for Father’s Day! Excellent service and quality. I would absolutely recommend them! We originally ordered baby blue on navy but there was a few mishaps (not their fault) so we decided to go with the gray soft tee. It’s even better than we imagined. So soft! My father-in-law loves it, we all love it!

Although we defended this business Against many complaints from parents at I School in Lewisville because of their delays and unable to keep up with the orders now that some of us have pulled their children out of the school and have asked for either a refund or an exchange business refuses to give a refund. Such a business does not deserve any positive credit or comments. So this is a warning to anyone that orders from them. Watch the exchange they indicate they will do for you...

We ordered shirts July 19 and here we are Aug 29 and so far we've gotten two of our six shirts. This shop may be okay for small orders but is NOT equipped for large orders but also will not give that information out and takes orders anyway. Also, disorganization causes the two shirts we DID order to sit for about a week.

This is a good place to get screen printed t-shirts done. I've placed two orders for shirts and had good experiences.
The first order was a custom design created by our church's youth group. The shirts came out perfect-- just as we ordered.
The second order was a little rocky as technology failed to send the right color t shirt and font (some sort of compatibility issue) so the order can out wrong. After reaching out and letting Kristi know what happened, we worked together to rectify the situation. I REALLY appreciated the help in fixing the issue.

I love Kris Tees!! I like having personalized shirts just to wear and the quality of the shirts they use fit are so nice and they fit so well. I had all of my wedding t shirts made here and my bridesmaids loved them. It's very easy to submit t shirt orders as well-- I can just email Kris and only have to go up to the store to pick the shirt up. Y'all are awesome!

Bloom in coppell does way better work for the same price. mylocker.com does great custom school apparel for a great price as well.
This is my daughters first year to be a lake Dallas middle school cheerleader. I was recommended by my daughters school to come here. We needed her name embroidered on her cheer jacket. The wait was 2 weeks to get it done.
When we went to pick it up the name was SPELLED WRONG! And the solution was to unstitched it and redo it. Only thing about embroidery is you can't undo the holes! We were told that they would be getting a replacement
