Locally owned and operated. We even produce dental appliances in house, keeping more money in our Northern MN community. Soon after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Pre-Dental from Bemidji State University and a Doctorate of Dental Sciences in 1993 from the University of Minnesota, Dr. Sandwick purchased Dr. Jack McNiel's orthodontics practice in July of 1995.
Dr. Sandwick comes from a family of dentists: his father Dave was a dentist and his sister Jill is a dentist too. He graduated with his DDS from the University of Minnesota in 1993.
His orthodontic practice was started in 1959 by Dr. Jack McNiel; he took over Dr. McNiel's practice in 1995, and in the two decades since then his work in Fosston has been restricted to orthodontics, though he does pedodontics one day a week out of his sister's office in nearby Bagley.
