The manager Dirk gave an accurate estimate and scope of job. Painters Jose and Moses did a fantastic job. On time, thorough, fixed several issues before painting and even found a water leak I have been dealing with for years and roofers could not find. Highly recommend these guys and browder.

When they discovered unforeseen damage, they alerted us, discussed the work and provided a written supplemental work order. That additional work was done in a professional manner at a fair price. We went with Browder after obtaining 3 other bids. They were not the lowest but the professionalism that Project Manager Nick showed made us feel as though they would be the best fit. He gave us all the information we needed plus additional that we didn't even think about. He came on the first day and introduced our painter to us and the project to him.
Our painter, Javier, was the nicest, most competent and thorough worker!!! He went above and beyond keeping things clean and making life as easy as possible when redoing a kitchen. He stayed late to accomplish this. Our kitchen is phenomenal! Javier

Browder just finished painting my house exterior today. Alfonso did a great job prepping the house. He informed me along the way of his plan. After a few days of scraping and priming it was spray time and finished with a little brush touch up. Thanks to Alfonso and E.J. for the great service and quality. Our house was long overdue for exterior paint, and not only did Justin do an outstanding job on the painting, he was thorough on the extensive amount of prep work required including power washing, scraping, patching, and priming to ensure longevity of the finished product. Painted our condominium complex and did a wonderful job. They were very nice and professional, said hi and smiled which is nice and getting more rare. They even scraped the paint off the window from the last painters. I appreciate their work and good manners. Our painters were Moises, Ulysses, Jose, Jesus and EJ. Good job guys!

I Just want to thank Browder Painting, Freddy & his crew for the fantastic job that they did on our Townhouse at Nipomo Villiage ( 5/3 to 5/8 ). On the first day they arrived on time, everything was coordinated, proper care was taken to protect shrubbery, everyone was polite & professional.
