I can highly recommend Bland’s Handy Home Services and Painting...Kai and Mark did an outstanding job for me....my Gazebo looks great...new lighting in kitchen is wonderful and just what I wanted! Ceiling fan looks great! They were polite, personable and professional...Will definitely be using them again for other projects!

I needed the inner workings of 2 toilets replaced. I emailed another plumber and they have yet to get back to me. I saw an ad on Yelp about the Bland's and gave them a call. It is easy to see why they are super busy. I was added to a list and a few days later I got a call back that they had an unexpected opening and could come today. The jobs got done quickly and professionally. I was very happy to get this work done so quickly. I would call them again!

Amazing SERVICE! I recently had called around and couldn't find anyone to stop by and fix my kitchen light fixtures. Kai and his father squeezed me in and they went above and beyond! They even fixed additional lighting that was needed! I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again. Thank you both! I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and they were very professional!

Kai and Mark Bland were efficient and knowledgeable in a variety of carpenterery, painting, and plumbing skills that were needed in our house. They were friendly and open to explain the needed work. In the future, I definitely will call them for further work needed.

I find it hard these days to have a relationship with most service people, because they’re either overworked or not good communicating communicating. Chi, and his father Mark, certainly allow you to have a relationship with a solid handyman service that can perform all types of quality work around your home. In addition to giving you advice during the project, they complete with HIGH QUALITY work and communicate with you along the way. I would happily recommend them to my family, and friend...AND I HAVE!
