The front desk associate called me to get more information for my insurance that is underneath my husband I did not have his social security number and she refused to let me keep my appointment and told me I could go somewhere else since I didn't want to cooperate. I then told her I do want to cooperate how am I supposed to give her information that I don't have and then I'd be able to give it to her at my appointment time she denied my appointment and said that she rather get this done before I come to my appointment. Dr. Brar pulled out three of my teeth, two being my wisdom. The first wisdom tooth was no problem but the second one broke at the crown. She was able to get my tooth out in very minimal time and force. She even had the dental assistant take x-ray's every step of the way to make sure there was no tooth particles left. As far as some of the reviews, I think they are just bitter patients not wanting to pay up. Sonia is very professional, knowledgeable and upfront about everything. My experience has always been non the less of excellent.

I came in for a cleaning and check up. My experience was pleasant. The whole staff was very polite. Dr. Brar explained my treatment plan well. She even gave me a deeper cleaning. Both assistants greeted me nicely and front desk guided me through everything and was clear about my payment and insurance coverage.

.Dr Brar has been my family dentist for several years &Extremely happy with the outcome of my treatment plan. I felt no pain and discomfort at all - Dr Brar did such a beautiful job with the anesthesia that the whole procedure was painless and quick. I am thankful for Dr Brar's expertise and attention to detail. I would recommend her office without any reservation.

Please DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! Total scam. If I could give her zero stars I would. My mother in law came to see her for a few implants and a top denture. My MIL continued to tell her during her visits that the dentures didn’t feel right and she wanted them relined. Everytime DR. Brar would tell her she wasn’t going to reline them and that she needed to give them more time to adjust. It’s been over 6 months and they still don’t fit right. Within a few short months of the procedure, her implants were falling out. She went back to the Dr. for her to fix and said it was my MIL’s fault

Dr. Brar and staff are like family. Dr. Brar does great work in my small mouth. 10 years ago I moved to Phoenix and I received coupons through the mail. One I chose was Healthy Teeth Family Dentistry for the reason the dentist was a female. Female hands are usually smaller than men. I gave them a call and I visit at least twice a year for a routine check-up. If they are not listed on an insurance plan of yours they will join the list for you. Care Credit makes your visits at ease when budgeting.

From my experience, the staff was really nice to both my daughter and I. She was talking about how kind the assistant was in cleaning her teeth and how she was joking around with her.
However, the Dentist is a whole other story. When I stepped in from the waiting room to hear about my daughters examination she was really rude to her. My daughter suffers from TMJ (which doesn't allow her jaw to open really wide) she jammed her fingers in her mouth and when my daughter backed up because of the pain she scolded her and said "Don't move! Open your mouth!" I was so caught off guard

I have called and called and called, I've gone BACK to their office and spoken with Sonia- the front desk lady- and she told me word for word that she has been "covering up Dr. Brar's bad work" and proceeded to tell me they didn't file the entire claim because they "knew" I wouldn't get any money back........okay so file the whole claim anyway if it's not gonna matter- something FISHY is going on here.)
These people are dishonest- I paid this bill in full upfront. They have over $1,000 of my money that when the ENTIRE claim is

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They are TERRIBLE. the Dr is great. But the nurses and receptionists are horrible. I got my bottom wisdom teeth pulled. They almost over dosed me with local anesthesia. It was a terrible experience. Then they left some of my tooth in! When I called the receptionist give me horrible attitude and told me that I better have a good excuse for not coming earlier even though I had been in four times once a month for pain and they wouldn't even look in my mouth, they kept telling me that everything was normal. I was in to see this dentist a month or so ago after telling the office I was having trouble with my previous dentist. They assured me this would be a positive experience for me. I paid there 89.95 for xrays and to get my teeth cleaned. A dental assistant took my xrays and then a different dental assistant came in and polished my teeth. The Dr. came in for a few minutes to go over a tooth that I was concerned about. I was told the Dr. would do the cleaning herself. When they were telling me I was done I said what about the cleaning and the Dr. said from another room that I didn't need

Absolutely love the whole staff and Dr. very thorough with going over procedures. One of my favorite things is that they actually take the time to show you exactly what is wrong and go over what will be done with pictures/x-rays etc. Vs other places I have been to where say they are doing this, and that and not show you what it is exactly. They answer all my questions, and most importantly they make my kids feel welcomed and make the dentist fun.

Legitimately the worst dentist I have ever seen. She messed up several of my fillings so that I couldn't floss between my teeth (they were literally connected) and then told me, "oh just don't worry about it, use a tooth pick or something" when I asked her about it. I had to have them filed down by another dentist. Worse yet, she began a root canal on a completely dead tooth with no antibiotics (this can kill you) AND missed that the tooth next to it was also dead. I have never been more thankful that I decided to get a second opinion. Do NOT go to this dentist.

Horrible just horrible. I went in for a cleaning and to possibly have my two front teeth bonded to make them appear bigger. She didn't explain to me anything about what to expect from my teeth. I saw YouTube videos prior so I knew what I was getting myself into. When she was done, I couldn't imagine the horror. My teeth were significantly more yellow than the rest of my teeth. People would ask me what happened to my teeth. They were crooked and not the same size. One was shorter and wider and one was skinner and longer. I feel so embarrassed when I smile now. Also, I paid $400 for her

THEY ARE KIND OF SCAM PPL , at beginning communicate to you what you need to pay and whats your insurance will pay then they send you a bill will pending amount your insurance refused to pay it to them because they didn't checked with Insurance company what's covered and whats not

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could rate zero stars I would. I went in for a simple cleaning and left in tears. The receptionist was very nice, as well as the lady who did the x-rays. The doctor however was not. I have had many cleanings but have never experienced so much pain during one before. By the time it was over I was holding back tears and soaked in water from the procedure. My hair, face, and shirt were covered in water. Overall horrible experience, I will not be returning. and have never

If I could rate this business as a ZERO I would BUT I had to choose at least a star to write my review! The customer service was horible and the dentist interaction was horible. Went into the office for a tooth pain not knowing for sure where it is coming from and yes there is a lot of work that is needed to be done BUT it was mentioned possibly it is the broke tooth. The pain was obviously somehting that needed attention and once xrays were completed the dentist went over where it appears the pain is coming from which was the broke tooth. But, it feels as though, right when the x-rays were completed
