DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I took my daughter's iPad Pro to have the screen replaced. I waited almost 2 weeks for the job to be done. When I took the iPad home my daughter immediately showed me that the screen had a white film. In addition, some of the keys were not responsive to her touch. When I approached the owner about the issues we were having, he admitted the the screen was an "off the market brand" and not Apple. However, he tried to blame the issue on the iPad being dropped and resulted in the problem. I am 100% sure that this this did not occur. I have learned my lesson. I have always

I had my battery replaced in my iPhone on September 14 and today is September 24 yesterday Friday my phone battery was dead by 12:00 am and it had to be charged 4 times that day so at 5:00 I went there and they told me they close at 6:00 and to many people in front of me to fix my phone so they open Saturday at 11:00 it's now 1:00 I have not used my phone all day and the battery is at 55%. I received the instant unlock chip , ref order# 23350 . For my Sprint iphone 8+. I followed all instructions, got thru "accepting" the latest ICCID they have provided on the instruction sheet. BUT ITS NOT working, it keeps telling me "SIM Not Supported" and cycling back to set up. Emailed Unlimited GMS and unlockitrightnow multiple times with no response, called , text (242)249-2882 and email Unlockitrightnow@gmail.com - with no response, this is a SCAM!.

Be careful when buying a unlocked cellphone here, if something it's wrong with what you bought it will be impossible to get help, support or a solution from these people.
When I asked for help they provide me useless solutions one after another to the point where they don't even answer call or texts anymore, now I'm stuck with a useless and expensive paperweight.

My husband came into the store to have his phone looked at. It was clear that the guy "Sham" was on edge and having a bad day. He changed the phone battery and after my husband asked him a few questions this guy throws something down on the counter and becomes super angry and aggressive. At that point my husband told him to cam down and said he will not pay due to the unwarranted aggression, and will call the cops. Upon telling him that he returns the phone and yells to leave his store. This is why we are hesitant to support certain businesses. Imagine being a professional and respected

I purchased a phone for $250 and I read outloud the receipt to the guy that sold it to me and asked about the refund policy and he said don't worry u can get a full refund. I called back 3 days later and the MANAGER told me, "I DONT CARE what the guy said to u. I don't have time for this" and hung up on me!

Last year I went to this store and bought 3 iphones that were suposed to be unlocked, but when I tryed to use them, no simcard would work. after I went to the apple store to find why they were not working, I found out that they were blacklisted by US cellular, so long story short, they sell black listed iphones as new unlocked ones. if you value your money STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

Wow!!!!! This guy is amazing, super FAST service and great quality! Very honest and would recommend this store to anyone. The repair was professional and it was done in no time in the store! He had all the parts in the store and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They also had a large selection of phones new and used so I bought another one and was offered a discount on the total purchase price. Ask for Sham the coolest service at this store-he gave me a free phone case for the review on YELP! I sold a phone to him and bought one with new service and I got to keep my number, he was very knowledgeable about the different plans and what would work best with my phone.
