Had issues with an old phone, and ordered a new one. Found out they would give me quite the return if I got the back of my old IPhone fixed. Called around for estimates, and not only was Rob the best price I found, but the most competent. I could tell by his voice he was the man for the job. Can’t give enough praise to Rob for his service. Highly recommended. I cracked my phone screen on cement during a race and didn’t think my phone could be saved. Rob was a lifesaver. I originally went to UBreakiFix, worse cellphone company EVER. They over priced me, gave me aftermarket products, took away my waterproof seal to my phone and my glass they gave me kept on messing up… their insurance is a total SCAM. I called them over and over and over to get it fixed and they gave me the run around. I was referred by someone else to ROB and Robert did an amazing job, he was fast, responsive, professional and did everything I needed!! Rob came into my job today and I mentioned that my speaker wasn’t working so I wasn’t able to hear people during phone calls. He gave me the easiest solution and it worked like a charm!! If I would have went to AT&T they would have tried to upsell me a brand new phone. He literally just saved me the cost of a new phone which is $1,000. He is the absolute best!!! 😃

I reached out about my cracked screen on two platforms, and within minutes Rob called to assist. It was easy to book, he showed up when he said he would, and finished before the time.
Instead of emailing when the phone was ready I asked him to yell to my balcony, he kindly did so.
If I ever have any other phone issue (hopefully not), he’ll be the first call.
Bonus points…he’s very handsome. So all in all it was a seamless and positive experience!

I broke my phone last night and I found Rob online. He got back from very quickly last night and made an appointment for this morning. He was quick professional and prompt. And my phone looks good as new after cracking the screen. Highly recommend it, very affordable. It is ideal for those visiting Fort Lauderdale and would otherwise have to track a store down to fix your phone.
