Since our founding in 1946, Pariser Dermatology Specialists has grown to serve the Greater Hampton Roads area with six offices located in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Newport News and Williamsburg. At Pariser Dermatology your feedback is very important to us. After every visit we email a survey to our patients so that we can see where we've met your expectations and where we might have fallen short. At Pariser Dermatology, our goal is to help you maintain healthy skin and accurately diagnose and treat disorders of your skin, scalp, hair, and nails. Our dermatologists have extensive experience preventing and treating all general dermatologic conditions. We regularly treat ailments related to acne, acne scars, warts, eczema rash, rosacea, mole removal, psoriasis symptoms, skin cancer and much more.

Our dermatology experts are trained in many areas, from chemical peels to laser hair removal. Specifically, we offer treatments and products to help reduce the signs of aging, minimize redness and brown spots, treat acne scars and even reduce excessive sweating.

In order to help expedite the appointment check in process and minimize your wait time, we make every effort to pre-register our patients. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to complete any last minute registration details.

Two stars because the rest of the staff was great. Did not however appreciate the asinine comments regarding my stretch marks (had a baby in August) and general remarks about babies. Also it seemed rather fast for a skin scan. A friend said she had a similarly bad experience here and referred me to someone else for 2nd opinion. Ugh

We have been using Pariser Dermatology for several years, both for annual skin checks and for dermatology surgery. Dr. Bauer is our dermatologist and Dr. Chang is the surgeon. Both are very professional and do an excellent job of keeping us healthy and moving forward. I've had Mohs surgery twice with Dr. Chang and the results were excellent both times. I highly recommend this practice.

From beginning to end every involvement I had with a staff member was enjoyable.
I was also fortunate in that I spent little time waiting.

Perhaps, but I'll bet this team has many good day's!
This is a multi generational practice who has been a leader in our community since the early days of Dermatology.
I am so glad that my Primary care Physician recomended them to me.
If you ever need this type of health care my advice would be to call Pariser first ...

I had an incredible experience. This was my first appointment here and I booked it the same day. I saw a resident and Dr. Pariser and wow. They were so caring and kind. They were thorough and thoughtful and they answered every question I had. I could tell I was in the presence of true dermatology experts and respectable medical professionals. I am so thankful and I definitely recommend this office to anyone who is in need of quality healthcare.

My son and I have been a patient with Pariser Dermatology for years. We were with another practice for a few years where we experienced horrible customer service and very judgmental staff members but a beautiful office in Virginia Beach. Coming from that to this non-judgmental, great customer service practice with multiple locations and physicians was like night and day.
I always recommend this practice. They have multiple staff members, physicians and resources available for skin care medically and cosmetically. They treat kids and adults. They have helped my son and I clear up our Eczema, Psoriasis

Pariser dermatology mission statement should read we will wait till you have cancer and operate before we will help you. Lindsay the physicians assistant on Dam neck Road. First thing she does is grab the can to freeze off any spots. She asks you if you have any problem areas. Not one time has she ever done a body scan. I have had five surgeries with Pariser and four of those should’ve been caught before it ever got to the point that I needed surgery. Dr. Chang. Is more than happy to cut and sew that is how he gets paid. I would find another dermatologist to go to these people do not care about

Dr. Molly Smith hands down is 5 star!!! She knew right away how to address my concerns and that made me feel at ease regarding my teenage daughter. She is knowledgeable and very understanding and personable!! The office staff at the Norfolk location were also all professional and very nice as well. I recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent dermatologist!! I’m booking with her as well!!
