My wife showed up for and appointment and was told she was late. She showed them the email confirmation she was sent by them the night before stating the time she should arrive. She was at the office well ahead of the time. She was told she missed her appointment which was earlier in the day according to the card she was given the day she booked the appointment. The thing is the appointment was booked months ago. There was never a follow-up phone call from the office. The last contact she had from the office was an email the night before the appointment which stated the new appointment time. My

Use to think this was a good office even though she is very quick, she is effective. I dont know if she follows up with her staff or checks to see if they follow up with patients but I've been calling for over a month to get an appointment and they never call back. Been a patient for years but looking else where because some of the staff can be rude (Brenda) and just tired of being treated like patients are not important here.

I was seen about two weeks ago. Once I arrived I was immediately checked in the back. Does she spend a lot of time with you? No, but I was only there for a follow up and a re-up on meds. Currently on a skin regimen of topical creams and a pill 2x a day. The progression is amazing. Will she provide guidance yes but you still have to do the work! Thank you Dr. Treherne!

Hands down the best dermatologist I’ve come in contact with. Which I thought was only due to her mother’s stellar legacy/reputation.
What I soon discovered is this is only a small portion of the outstanding work and service done in the same office/location where her mother once practiced.
After talking to a few of her patients and seeing my very own improvements/results it makes it easy to see how/why she is so popular and how she’s carved out not only her very own lane but also what makes her a proven star in her own right.
Which makes it almost impossible to get an appointment with anything

I have been struggling with my hair growth for years and I have been to many dermatologist. I’ve been wrongly diagnosed, they have had no care what so ever, and I was being told to give up because it was my genetics so it’s nothing I could do...Coming here was different from day 1. She immediately got to work on my scalp, ran tests, and took action to at least try to do something and her results have not been in vain. My hair is growing finally while she continues to treat it. For the past 6 years, I had a serious skin condition that had been treated by many Dermatologists. I had even been seen by the doctors at Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. No results. I suffered every day. I recently got a new Primary Care Physician and was referred to Dr. Treherne. She was the Answer.
