With more than 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate industries, John is the driving force behind MG2. After emigrating from Ireland at the age of 20 and sharpening his skills in the construction industry, he bought his first property in 1991. John then founded a construction and remodeling business which expanded to include property maintenance and management.
Since its founding, MG2 has thrived in the world of real estate investments by focusing on projects and opportunities that have been ignored or overlooked by other companies. Along with our interest in unique investments, MG2 stands out as a vertically integrated company. We handle all of the aspects of real estate investment, including development, construction, and property management.
From its ability to renovate properties in-house at a lower cost to its hands on property management; vertical integration fuels the company's success.
