Called, left voicemails, emailed, utilized contact forms via their website, worked with a realtor, simply trying to view a rental property I was interested in moving into. After 3 weeks FINALLY got in touch with a person named Meredith, that was rude, acted put out to be bothered by a call, refused to answer questions or provide information, said "we would never work with you, we will be in touch with your realtor to get access". Been almost another 2 weeks, and neither realtor, nor myself, have heard a peep, received a message, or gotten a response. I've moved on to other properties. Any company

This has been the worst interaction with a company that I have ever had. Knox is so incredibly unorganized and unprofessional it blows my mind. We were only supposed to be renting this house for a year while we built our house down the street. After moving in, Knox missed over 5 different appointments to come out and fix problems with the unit from the beginning. In the middle of the summer the AC went out and they took over a week to fix it. Because of the week with no AC, mold started growing throughout the entire home, including our girls rooms. This was almost 5 months ago and nothing has been

I moved into an apartment Feb 1st 2021 and lived there until end of August.
Move in process was quick, efficient and effortless! Communication was great, the people who work at Knox are great & the apartment & its location were wonderful.
I had one issue involving the sink that got taken care of within a week or two. Knox responded right away but since it was during covid & summer months, lots of services were extremely busy so the wait was a tad longer but no big deal! They kept me up to date on when it was going to be fixed and the problem was resolved :)

We rent from Knox financial. We had a rough start but after finally speaking with Knox, there is a game plan in place and they have been communicative and responsive. We are awaiting repairs to our apartment, and are resolving past issues. Hopefully this is the start of a much better relationship! Once repairs are done to our apartment I hope to give a full 5 stars!

Update: Knox recently contacted me to apologize for the issues mentioned below and kindly offered to pay for paint touch ups on my property. It seems like they're definitely making an effort to provide better customer service which I greatly appreciate!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Like these other bad reviews, we have experienced the same issues. Completely mismanaged. Didn't collect rent for months from our tenants and then collected 3mo worth in the same week. Which was a huge burden for them! Didn't pay our mortgage on time for two months. We ended up with late fees. Our tenants tried to contact knox for a pest problem. After a month of no response from Knox, they had contacted us. We had to be the middle man in order to get it taken care of. Knox also let their lease expire with no new lease. Knox has cost us thousands of extra dollars
