We used Element after a hail storm and had an excellent experience. Jeremy came out and inspected everything and handled all the communication with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. We had the roof, siding, and gutters all replaced and some window screens repaired. All of the quality was excellent and Jeremy was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.

Recent hail storms made me look for a roofing contractor. I was pleasantly surprised by Jeremy's responsiveness and helpfulness of working with my insurance company. Work was done in 2 days and no shrubs or trees were damaged (compared to the crew I had during previous hail storm) and lawn was free from all the debris. Definitely sticking with Element Roofing in case of the next hailstorm, which I hope will be decades away or will never touch my home.

I called Element Roofing a roof inspection due to my roof being older and needing to replace it. Jeremy arrived promptly and on time and did his inspection. I was ready to pay out of pocket, but after Jeremy’s inspection, he found hail and wind damage to the roof. Jeremy helped me file a claim with my insurance carrier and met my adjuster on site to make sure the adjuster didn’t miss anything. Unfortunately the claim was denied, but there was substantial hail and wind damage as evidenced by Jeremy’s documentation. We asked for a reinspection, and the claim was denied again. Jeremy went to
