Left vehicle early this morning for a scheduled appointment. Came back near closing time and my vehicle was in the same spot I left it this morning. I was told "we got busy and could not get to it" - "bring it back tomorrow".... I scheduled appointment to make sure they had time to work on my vehicle. They did not even bother to call to let me know there was a delay! Totally unprofessional!!!

If i could give them 10 stars i would. We hit a curb with our travel trailer, denting the rim and gouging the tire, but not blowing it. I called and Sledge anwered and he was SO friendly and very helpful, going out of his way for us. They didn't have the tire we needed but he assured me he would find us one and told us to drive down to the shop just down the road. They look at it, find us a tire, drive to get it and the Mat fixes it in no time at all! We were on the road again good as new. I was so happy and relieved I could have cried. All of this and he only charged $140. Absolutely, worth every

This review is long overdue... Larsen's has great customer service!
I was on a road trip through CO and was having car trouble- the back wheel bearing was locking up- the day before the 4th of July. I was turned down by 2 other automotive shops (they would be closed on the 4th) before Larsen's said they could take a look at it. They put me at the front of the line and the price was reasonable. We were back on the road in about an hour and didn't have to cancel any of our plans!

Update: It is now July 4th 2013 My truck is running strong and no further problems mechanically. I have gone so far as to put in a custom interior. Mechanically it is still sound.
This just proves how Larsens Automotive & Tire was so wrong.
It came down to blatant ineptness or thievery. I have to go with thievery. The proof is in the truck.
Larsens Automotive & Tire will steal from you and make no effort to make things right. The next time I am in Pueblo I will be stopping again. I will once again ask for the money he stole from me to look at my truck. Virtually nothing was done and
