Early in the year 2000 Mueller's Auto began providing a grassroots-generated charitable day designated for free -of-charge oil changes for cars belonging to single mothers living in the East Side neighborhoods in Pueblo County, Colorado. In 2007, various associates joined Mueller's Auto in partnership to continue this vital service to low-income residents.

I could not find a place Iowa to trust my car to. They do not fix cars in Iowa, they buy them from other states rust free to have them helplessly salt carrode to rust in one or two years. They then park them in their yard until they look like the Titanic wreck 80 years in the ocean. Next they buy another out of state car so the 1950s practice of using Rock salt keeps everyone on car payments for the rest of their lives. Oh yeah Mullers is Awesome also.

I had some work done just when Covid had us all in a lock down and I had the intentions of giving my business to a local small business instead of a large chain mechanic. And while I was waiting I over heard the owners talking about how they probably will need to sign up for the payroll government assistance program. So I told them thats the reason I'm bringing my business here and the work they did for me was great, just under 300 for the job and also offered to do both bearings for just over 500. I told them i was 50 short and had to wait to to the other wheel. And here we are after business

I was referred to Mueller's so I wasn't sure what to expect but I am very happy!
The staff was so friendly and helpful!
I had such a good feeling when I walked in there.
I was made aware of the problems I had on my SUV and it was explained to me very through by Mike.
I was able to get a ride home for them to start and a ride back to the shop after they were done with the work even though it was Friday after 5pm.
Mike was able to oversee the work and kept me informed as to what was going on. Thank you for taking your time with me to explain the process also for having to stay a little later

Very pleased with the services rendered. From the service reps, Madison and Mike, Sydney who picked me up both days from work. Only snag was one day had power steering pump replaced then had another issue the very next day and had to have alternator replaced. But other than that happy with work done, timeliness and customer serviceđ

NO RATING. Mueller's Auto, in Pueblo Colorado. They quoted and charged $271.21 for a new tie rod on the front passenger side of car. They also quoted front brakes along with other repairs; All quotes were VERY competitive and I passed on the brake job. The sales employee NEVER MENTIONED the tie rod will only work correctly with new front brakes. Had I known, I WOULD HAVE REPAIRED THE FRONT BRAKES. All phone conversations are recorded between me and the sales department. I have been employed for 6 years with NAAG. I am temporarily working in Pueblo. I will make a formal complaint about my

This shop offered a great value on a synthetic oil change exactly when I needed it. The universe definitely guides you where you need. Their staff is super friendly and professional and all around good vibes. I do highly recommend this place. In one word incompetent. They had me Jeep for over 3 weeks and after charging over $1000 they couldn't tell me what the problem was only that they got the symptoms to "not replicate" They told me to bring it back if the problem returned. Well it did and I am
