Went in for an overall insurance review and Kaley offered up a few suggestions that will save us a bunch of money. Very concerned with pleasing and doing what’s best for the customer. Recommended one additional ‘rider’ that will cover one of the most common claims a homeowner has but unless this rider is in place, coverage doesn’t exist. That extra cost, which is very small, is well worth it and another way Morgan and Kaley have the clients’ best interest in mind.

Morgan and her team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They respond to phone calls immediately and will spend whatever time is appropriate, from 2 minutes to 30 minutes or more. They explain options clearly and are able to recommend the best solution for your personal situation. I have been with State Farm for all of my insurance for 30 years and Morgan’s office for 15 years. I am a customer for life!

I've come to realize that insurance is very similar everywhere you go. Some companies have good rates one year and they be bad rates next year. What I started to put my faith in and realized is much more valuable is the quality of the agent and the relationship I have with them while I'm with the insurance company they represent.
