They offer services that are not covered by my insurance. they don't bother to check with your insurance before rendering service. I've had to pay quite a bit out of pocket lately because of their inability to work with insurance companies. they are friendly enough but I honestly cannot recommend them because of how expensive they've gotten

I really wanted to switch to a new dentist, but couldn't make my first appointment due to health issues. It is difficult finding professionals too understand ( not pity and definitely not insensitive) to someone with a disability. However, today the response that I received when I called to reschedule was extremely condescending and insensitive. I had the most FANTASTIC morning at More Smiles of Beverly. I was greeted with the warmest care a facility can provide. I had an appointment for a fill in-I've had a chipped tooth for over a decade. Now, I was finally able to get it fixed. Not only that, I was taken great care of with Dr. Adekola Jr. and his assistants. I've never felt more alive and happy to smile-and take more pictures. I would highly recommend anyone looking for any type of dental work to stop by, or call in, to More Smiles of Beverly.

This is the dentist to go to! I was TERRIFIED of getting some dental work that needed done. They were so kind, caring, and compassionate. They are extremely competent, and I could trust them immediately. They talk you through the procedure and then execute flawlessly! All of that anxiety for nothing. Dr. Kessler and the staff were amazing, nice and mostly efficient. I would give 5 stars but due to severe, unresolved billing issues and having to do more than what should be expected of a patient in dealing with the insurance company, I have to lower the rating. Hopefully they can work out those kinks in the future.

I can't say enough about the folks at this office. Some of the friendliest people I've meet in any type of medical or dental office. Miss Kessler DDS was great. She was willing to work me in to her schedule after I was unable to get a number of other offices to get me in. When you think of going to a dentist you generally cringe at the thought. You never wonder if the staff is nice. London Bridge Smiles has the nicest staff who genuinely seem to care. From the front desk to the clinical staff and the doctor, these folks are great! They were all down to earth and spoke to me as if I was a friend. I still won't jump up and down excited to go to the dentist, but they do make it easier if you do need them.

I've been to a lot of dentists in my day - this practice is like nothing I've ever experienced. They have managed to maintain a local, community, welcoming feel with an absolute state of the art practice. Great COVID safety measures - sparklingly kind team - seriously the best dentist I've ever been to - I literally got a crown and it fit PERFECTLY! All they had to was pop it in place. Just opened a thank you card - handwritten -welcoming me to the practice. I honestly didn't think this intention toward service existed in healthcare anymore. What a brilliant find for

Super professional and prompt! Dr. Squire literally saved my life. I reached out via google text to the office at 5am to request a emergency appointment and at 6am I received a text back with a appointment and ended up with a emergency wisdom tooth removal that could have killed me. They not only stayed in personal contact with me on their days off but genuinely cared about my recovery. Needless to say I am now and will always be a client for life!

Have you ever walked out of a dentist office feeling pampered as if it was a spa day? Ya, me neither until I had my first office visit here. I was beyond impressed with every single team member here. Every employee warmly greeted me and offered me coffee/water. Every employee had genuine smiles on their faces and actually looked happy being at work. The office and restrooms were very clean and tidy. The staff that worked on my mouth was exceptional. Can I just say the Dental Assistant, Kelsey rocks at her job. I was so impressed by her for being so personable and upbeat. Her positivity was thriving

And have avoided DENTISTS AT ANY COSTS- so much so I lost most of of my teeth except for the roots whom were still stuck in my gums causing lots of pain& infection. Love love love the service at this amazing office! You walk in and you are acknowledged by name immediately. You are offered a beverage if you are so inclined, coffee, water, tea, etc.
Everyone is so friendly and you will NOT meet and unfriendly person (has to be in the water).
This is my go to for all of my dental needs!
Dr. Alan is my dentist and he is so positive about everything. He is honest and makes everything easy peasy!
