Services
Registration fee not to exceed $200 per family. Patient will not be charged until bill date selected or when they are first seen, (whichever comes first). Direct Primary Care is not health insurance. Membership provides affordable care for most of your family's medical needs. FTPC recommends purchasing insurance or joining a healthcare sharing ministry.

If searching for a Primary Care office, please look no further! I have found my primary care doctor for life (or as long as I stay in FL).
My first visit with Dr. Jahnke was an hour of assessing my lifestyle habits, diet, and sleep hygiene, as well as determining a course for wholeness and health with my body and even beyond. He even walked me out and ensured that I was wearing a helmet while riding home on my moped. I've never heard of doctor visits that amount to 30 minutes or even an hour. Being able to text Dr. Jahnke with medical questions or for same-day or next-day appointment is heavenly

I have been a health care worker for the majority of my career. I've been a patient in various medical establishments as we all have. By far my experience with Family Tree has topped anything I've ever had before. Dr. Jahnke is one of those guys that you feel like you've known for years and yet you've just met him. His clinical experience surpasses every physician I have visited thus far. Family Tree has reinvented the medical practice experience. It is how medicine should be practiced!!!

This is not your typical doctor's office. Every time I go, I spend an hour with the doctor. I never sit in a room waiting patiently. I am greeted at the door and taken straight into the patient room to begin my session with the Dr. Jahnke. He has amazing bed side manner. The monthly fee and no insurance may scare some people away. I guess it depends on what you want. I am willing to pay for the convenience of getting an appointment when I need it. Being able to text, email and call my doctor when I need to. Not dealing with any red tape. I have utilized the discounted lab rates for bloodwork but

I wish I had a few hours to speak of this most amazing family practice! This group truly feels like an old friend. Not only do they have the care and treatment down pact.. the conversations, the listening, the stories, the true love that they share are just WOW. Dr J is so well liked and respected on my home. Dr J knows my stance on a few topics and he LISTENS and RESPECTS them. He knows my history with sensitivity to meds and never forgets. When Dr J isn’t around, Dr Mahon steps in and is just as fabulous. YOU CANT GO WRONG! God bless this amazing practice!

Most forward-thinking, innovative medical practice offering unprecedented access to primary care physicians, with incredible service. I know of corporate executives who pay multiple times more for such concierge medical care who receive far less than what Dr. Jahnke offers me. He is doctor's doctor. He truly cares for the whole man: body, mind, and spirit.
