This office has it together! They truly go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Castro and Lauren are excellent and efficient providers. They do not rush you out of the office. Their is virtually NO wait times. The nurses are so helpful and get things done in a very timely manner. I never have to wonder if my requests will get completed correctly. Well worth the yearly membership!

Thanks for another terrific newsletter with good information on both covid-19 and the flu, and how it affects us old people. I also appreciated the info on nutrition and the sleep tips. Here's my sleep tip: When I can't sleep, which is frequently, I just lie there and think, "O.K., I'm not sick, I'm not in any pain, I'm in a comfortable bed in my comfortable condo with my husband lying next to me (probably asleep), and a stack of books on my nightstand, so what's to complain about? I'll sleep when my body decides to sleep."

Dr. Castro and his team are so kind, caring and professional. I felt at home as soon as I walked in the door. They truly care about you as a "whole person" and not just an appointment. I highly recommend turning to Private Health MD for your concierge medical needs. They truly go out of their way for you.

I know it says that Dr. Castro is a 'concierge ' doctor, but don't expect that treatment. In a year, I saw him about 3 times. However, when I had an emergency he couldn't fit me in. The concept of a concierge Doctor and why you pay the extra fees is so they fit you in when necessary. Dr. Castro does not do that. Unfortunately, Dr. Castro was a huge disappointment! Id recommend looking for a TRUE concierge Doctor....

Although we are no longer under Dr. Castro's care, we are of the opinion that he is a top notch physician who goes out of his way to see that his patients get good care.
He often went above and beyond to help us with healthcare issues...for ex., , he helped me to get health insurance by writing a letter and doing the proper tests to correct a misdiagnosis from another doctor that had prevented me from getting health insurance. He also helped to faciliate my husband's appointment with Yale to confirm a diagnosis of a rare form of cancer. I have referred several patients to him,
