We used Robert's Residential Remodeling to build us a 3 season room. They were so easy to work with - great communication, very personable, kept us informed of all updates, kept the project on track, and just generally a great set of people. They even made recommendations for some tweaks based on how we were intending to use the room - and it wasn't even an upsell. We knew exactly what to expect, and they delivered. We used Robert's Residential for an addition of a four season porch and replacing our outside deck on our home. We could not of been happier with the process and the results. We recently had Roberts' Residential Remodeling convert our unfinished second floor to a master bedroom, bath and walk-in closet at our 1939 home in St Paul’s Midway. After considering various remodelers, we selected Roberts' for several reasons. Probably the most important was the fact that they have an in-house cabinet shop. Our project had a number of built-in storage units and we were impressed with Roberts ability to customize the cabinets to what we wanted. We added a third story master suite to our 1927 home in 2006, and loved so many elements of that project except for the bathroom layout and limited storage available there, due to the way that the dormers were constructed in that space. We lived with an arrangement for many years that involved a cheap Ikea dresser for counter space and storage, plus a pedestal sink, and it was less than ideal. Nothing but great things to say about everyone at RRR! Our expanding family needed an expanded house and we were novices on remodeling. We knew we wanted to stay in the neighborhood and had looked into several different options to either remodel our house or move. After looking into everything we thought we had to move until the designers at RRR came up with a plan to add a story to our existing house.
We were thrilled at the thought of staying and were so happy with the designs we got from RRR. We ended up going with the third drawing they customized for us and started in on the project.

Back in July of 2017, my wife and I wanted to do somehing with our very very small non-fuctioning kitchen and create more space. We were not satisfied with the 1st two proposals from other contractors. The person that came out from Robert's Remodeling was very creative and designed on paper a wonderful remodeling plan that we could'nt image. Every aspect of the remodel we were included in from custom cabinets, countertops, floors, ceiling, windows right down to the handles on the cabinets and drawers. In 2018, we used Roberts' Residential Remodelers to upgrade our kitchen. Today they are helping us upgrade our bathrooms. We did 2 remodel projects with RRR and they both turned out beautifully. We added a second story to our house which took about 9 months. They worked with us every step of the way and the transformation was incredible. We were so happy with it that we decided to finish our basement and chose RRR to do that project. They are both complete and now… we have a brand new house which looks great, fits our family perfectly and stayed within our budget. The Roberts' team did an amazing job on our family room remodel. They turned a dated, underused room into the center of our home. We spend almost all of our time there, now. They were creative in their designs, including the construction of a built-in cabinet and a custom free-standing media console. They cared for our nearly 100 year-old home like it was their own.
