Welcome to RusticThread Denver located in the historic Highlands Square right next to Cafe Zuri! Our Denver location was the first store we opened in the Summer of 2013, and we quickly fell in love with all the charm and character in this converted row house that was built in 1908. We pack our small store full of statement pieces, classic needs, and unique finds, and get new shipments of tops, dresses, denim, sweaters, and accessories every week!
Web orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of order receipt to our online returns department. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Sale, discounted, and special order items are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Orders will take 1 - 2 business days to ship with all orders being placed by 5 PM MST will ship the next day. All other orders will ship out the following day (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped via standard shipping which is a USPS 2 day rate nationwide. You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped along with a shipping tracking number.

I love this boutique! Every experience I have had here has been excellent. I went here once looking for a wedding outfit and the person working helped me try on a variety of outfits until we found the perfect one! During the pandemic I have loved their Instagram posts to be able to shop from home and see how the clothes look on a real person. I have loved every piece I have purchased from here!

Two years ago, someone recommended this boutique to me as I needed a non-traditional wedding dress. Olivia was wonderful. She attended to my every need from accessories to suggestions on color, type of dress, and shoes. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. I will definitely return for my next special occasion!

Whenever I'm in need of something new I always stop by Rustic Thread. I (honestly) never leave empty handed! I sometimes visit their website to check out new arrivals but it doesn't compare to seeing pieces in store. So if you're on the fence about anything online, stop by the store! Their instagram also has great ideas on how to style clothing pieces differently.
Every time I come in the girls there have been very kind, Madison especially. Madison has been there the last couple of times I've stopped in and she's always so happy. She's helped me with fitting questions

The only minor inconvenience is the return policy. It’s the standard 14 days, BUT only for store credit or an exchange. This tells me that the business isn’t putting the customers’ buying decisions and needs first. Usually this reflects that the business doesn’t want to pay for the merchant fee for a credit card or the hassle of the return. On top of receiving store credit, the customer is then responsible for keeping track of the receipt that contains the store credit; there is no tracking system beyond that. It would be helpful to have a gift card or an account within their system that

This boutique is a favorite of mine in the Highlands neighborhood! How Rustic Thread packs so much goodness in such a small place I'll never know. They are my go-to place for flowy dresses that can be donned for fancy occasions or everyday wear. They carry Lovestitch, which is one of my fave designers because their dresses are flattering for all body types, are of super high quality, but are reasonably priced. Today I picked a lovely floral blue dress that I plan to wear for my engagement photos later this month! In addition to my beloved boho dresses, blouses, sweaters, denim and accessories

I have had two absolutely wonderful experiences with Rustic Thread which are leading to this review. First, I purchased some clothing from the store and the two women stylists that helped me out were nothing short of a dream. They had helpful tips and valuable input, especially for someone who doesn't buy a lot of fancy dresses.
The second experience I want to note was when I had an issue with a dress purchased from Rustic Thread. They were quick to resolve the problem, and their customer service is like none I have ever experienced before. Truly, they go above and beyond at every opportunity

This shop was a gold mine! They have so many options, different styles, fits, accessories....basically all of the things.
The girl working (Kate? I might have completely made hat up) was SO helpful. She helped pick things to try, had tons of recommendations, totally entertained my one year old, show me how to tie things so it actually looks cute, and made the whole experience wonderful.
I can't wait to come back!

Rustic Thread is my go-to for high-quality and yet well-priced fashion with advice to spare! I met Sarah when she first opened and knew she was in it for the right reasons. Maggie has assisted me numerous times helping me select pieces that would work for special occasions but also transition into daily life as a professional by day and mom by evening. She even offered her personal number for on-the-spot style feedback when preparing for a big day. Can't say enough good things about Rustic Thread.

This is pretty much the only place I shop! I feel like this adorable boutique is basically my dream closet. Sarah, the owner, has a great eye for cool, flattering, versatile threads. The clothes are very reasonably priced for the quality and the girls that work there are very helpful, especially Maggie. She always knows what I have bought before and gives me great ideas for new outfits that I never would have imagined. She even remembers what clothes my friends have bought and what they like, so she can help me pick out presents for them.

Giving a 3/5 due to the mirror issue in the dressing room. The issue is there isn't one. You have to leave the dressing room to see how you look in a certain piece, and then receive comments from anyone/everyone who is in the store.
This may not be an issue for many people but it made me feel uncomfortable, rushed, and I didn't end up trying all the items that I had pulled.

I couldn't love this store anymore!!! Maggie is so friendly and I love her! They have super cute clothes all the time. I won't buy my pants from any where else, also way affordable for a boutique. They also have an up to date website so if I can't ever stop in I can always check out what's online! Thank you guys for being my favorite small business in Denver

I was able to visit Rustic Thread Boutique after a hairdresser down the street suggested it! (She said "they have free people everything you have to visit!" ) I'm so glad I did! The girl that was working last week was so sweet and helpful! She suggested items for me to try and was very kind ! Great experience!

Rustic Thread is a pleasant addition to the Highlands neighborhood and Denver area. The minute you walk in the door you are greeted by a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The boutique really allows you to find that perfect, unique style that is truly you! I was so impressed by the level of service with both Sarah and Maggie. I really enjoyed finding my mother and sister a few wonderful outfits, that they absolutely love by the way - thank you!!

The owner only buys a few of each garment so you're not worried that you're wearing the same thing as hundreds of other women in the city. Because of this she rotates the racks a lot.
The labels are mostly lines you can't find anywhere else in Denver. She also has great accessories.
The prices are totally do-able; of course their are higher-end pieces but as boutiques go Rustic Thread's prices are super competitive.
As for the staff, Sarah and Jaqueline are super helpful. I was browsing as Sarah was styling a girl for a Valentine

This is the best new boutique to come to Denver! And it's in the highlands :) Sarah (owner) is incredibly helpful, tactful, and stylish. She helps put outfits together, makes recos, and doesn't take it personally if its not right. The clothes are unique, priced right and there's always something new. Can't wait to continue to stop in!!
