Founded in 2004, The Agency Arizona has set a higher standard in modeling and acting for the Arizona market. Located in Phoenix, Arizona on Indian School Rd. just west of 48th St. Parking and main entry is in the back. We foster and maintain on-going relationships with local and national clients, as well as modeling & talent agencies in larger markets, including international.

We're honored to have the talent and client relationships that we have cultivated throughout our many years of experience in the industry. We are committed to scouting and developing new faces, passionately advocating for our talent and maximizing their careers through hard work, strategic thinking and a 1:1 management approach.

We're always looking for fresh new faces and talent, so if you or someone you know is interested in modeling or acting, we would love to connect! Please note: you do not need to have any prior experience or professional photos taken. We're looking for diversity, unique features, great personality and of course, natural talent.

Faq Report

We encourage you to discuss your interests in modeling/acting with a parent or guardian before attending Open Call or submitting an application, but parents or guardians are not required to be with you at Open Call. If we're interested in seeing you again, we'll schedule an appointment to meet with both you and your parent or guardian.

Went to an event with some of the Agency models, and I was more than impressed with their level of professionalism and friendliness. Laura and the rest of the team were fun to be around and brought fun energy to the event!!

The worst agency in AZ to submit to if you have dark brown skin, they will not accept you as talent, as soon as they see that. Even with experience! Luckily I signed with a top agency in LA. So don't waste your time if you are black...

Don’t think they like blacks here I called and soon as I called they immediately turned me down without even looking at my photo once they saw ethnicity. I don’t put bad reviews but this place really didn’t even give me a shot

Wasn’t too professional although the intern there was nice to all of us. I remember a woman coming in saying she submitted photos and was called for an interview and they looked at her like whatever just sit down and wait.

Called requesting a packet of information in order to hire one their models for regular fashion shoots. They never sent it. The impression I was given is that I am a waste of time because I do not have billions of dollars. Guess what? My money spends just the same as any wealthy client you have.

Way to screw the start-up. Great job, guys.
