AimHIre did an excellent job connecting me to a finance company after college. I was very hesitant signing with a temp agency but they fulfilled their promise. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is there was miscommunication at the beginning. I was told that I would have a job within 2 weeks and it took a little longer which was perfectly okay and they made it correct and talked about the entire process. Would recommend to a friend especially young professionals who need a little assistance!!

AimHire was recommend to me by my previous company's HR department. I was losing my job due to the company pulling out of Denver and moving to Nashville. I met with AimHire and they gave me feedback on my resume and a few tips on interviewing which were very helpful. Never received additional information about the position I spoke with them about. This has happened both times I’ve looked for employment through their agency. No calls back. No emails returned. Even when I called to follow up with them, they never returned my calls.
I was matched once with a company in the past through AimHire, and that company fired 3 people in the two months I was there. Both employees and employers should be vetted properly.

Highly recommend this company! Moved from California to Colorado without a job. Found AimHire, and contracted for a financial firm in HR. Aimhire has been an absolutely wonderful resource for me. I moved to Denver from Tennessee and had a job offer TWO DAYS later! This was my first time using a staffing agency and all of the lovely ladies at Aim were so helpful in navigating the process; they contacted me right away to interview, they even allowed a facetime interview since I hadn't moved from Tennessee just yet. Aimhire has great temporary and permanent jobs for a variety of professionals. We moved to Colorado a year ago. At the time I was employed but quit after 2 months for various reasons. I have worked with this agency for over a month now and had contact with at least 1 recruiter every week. I wasn't able to take every assignment but they kept me in their list and always considered me where they saw fit.
I have been working a 4-day assignment which has now turned into a 3-month position. This is thanks to my recruiter's relationship with the client, my hard work during this short-term assignment and interesting timing of events.

Was looking to get out of a negative job that I did not find fulfilling. Found AimHire through my job searches and they contacted me promptly! I Had an initial phone call from a Recruiter, and was then brought in for an interview a couple days later with an Account manager at AimHire. They set me up with an interview just a couple days after that, and I got the job! I have been working for this new company (currently I am contracted, hoping to be full time. fingers crossed!) for just a few days and I am really enjoying it! AimHire has been, by far, the best recruiting company I have ever worked with...and trust me because I used to be a recruiter!

If you are looking for a hiring company that work FOR you day and night, these are the guys for you.
With the Denver market the way it is, jobs are hard to come by, and when they do come, they go FAST. Be prepared to move as fast as these guys and you will do VERY well.
I'm not really understanding the bad reviews here, so do yourselves a favour and check these guys out. You will not be disappointed!

Last year I applied for an opportunity they had which matched my qualifications/skills to a tee. While I was invited in for an interview, I never heard back from them, and to this day, they never respond to any of the emails or telephone messages I have left.Their website states they have integrity and treat people with respect; however, they haven't displayed that with me. Shame on them!

Do not use Aimhire! They are absolutely terrible. As a recent college graduate I was looking for help finding a job that would fit in with my qualifications. Aimhire found me a temporary position, which I accepted, with the understanding that the position was nearby and would last approximately 3 months or more. Not only was the position an hour away, but it only lasted 6 days. When I discussed the issue with the recruiter she didn't seem to care, she just responded saying that now I had something to put on my resume. How do you put a job where you spent 6 days on a resume??? Additionally
