I’ve been working with Audrey Harrison for a few years now and I must say, she’s been fantastic. Sound Pacific Insurance was able to beat the rates with my previous agency and Audrey gave me some great advice and pointed out gaps in coverages that I had and wasn’t aware of. For example, she pointed out that my previous insurance agency had me at an advertised low rate but explained the coverage wouldn’t even cover the cost of my vehicle if it had to be replaced in the event of a collision or theft. She’s been super responsive with questions and when I add or remove vehicles or homes.

Sound Pacific, more importantly Audrey, was a game changer in how we insure our Home and Auto. We had always tried to negotiate the terms on our own for years, and settled.
