I started with State Farm a year after graduating college (Alaska Pacific University) in the homeowners claims department. I loved working claims because you get to help people in some really hard times when they need State Farm to step up and "keep the promise".

I started the day after Hurricane Andrew hit Florida in 1992 so I immediately saw firsthand what kind of a company State Farm was by how we took care of our policyholders during a disaster.That has always stayed with me-State Farm is the gold standard in the insurance industry when it comes to customer service and paying for what we owe.

Insurance is rarely simple or straightforward. Having an agent like Reggie… and really his whole team… to help navigate issues and changing situations has been a real benefit for me. He is always willing to take the time to help me understand and navigate the options. And had a recent claim situation and the claims experience was really good. Long hold times but the actual claims experience blew me away.

There are State Farm offices closer to my house but I choose to stay with Reggie Johnson's office in Tacoma for 24 years because He and all of his staff are so genuinely professional and caring and have been there like family helping me through life, death, real estate and of course car insurance concerns.
And they are big time Raiders fans too. Go RAIDERS!

Last evening I emailed Reggie Johnson expressing an interest in renter’s insurance. To my surprise, Reggie promptly emailed me back wit information and pricing. Today, I dropped by his friendly comfortable office and signed up for a policy. His staff who worked with me was professional, cordial and accommodating. Sheba answered my questions, was helpful and friendly. I’m sure I’ll be back to transfer over my auto insurance before long.
