Do not allow your doctor to get your monitoring device from this company. 6 months after my doctor released me from being monitored i was still receiving calls from this company about them not being able to download from my monitor, which of course, i had been released from. Those calls,(after I was released from care), to the tune of a total of $408.00 the total price of the calls. See, the calls are not covered by insurance so one h as to pay the amount totally out of pocket.So today, i have just finished my 3rd call to this company telling them the calls are no longer required and still getting

I have tried to call several times to get a price for my monitor. No one at this company knows the pricing for the equipment. I was not transferred to a supervisor when I asked. They have not made any attempt to contact me back when I have left voicemails. I was supposed to get the equipment about a week before I got it. This company is unprofessional beyond belief and I would not recommend doing business with them.
