In an effort to teach our students the importance of the Christian virtues of charity, volunteerism, and community, our daycare proudly participates in a number of annual, non-profit fundraising events and efforts. By having the children in our daycare programs participate in these community outreach programs, we strive to strengthen community bonds that enrich the lives of both the children in our care and their families.

My son loves this place! I was nervous about putting him in daycare at first but when he attended Heavenly Haven he fell in love with the staff! Every time I pick him up he doesn’t want to leave. I feel lucky to have found such a great daycare in Newport News!

This place is wonderful for being a child care service I was always so scared of putting my children in child care, but my son loves it here. He has been a student here since July and he doesn't cry as much when I drop him off when I have to work, he was 18 months old when he was in this program he is now 26 months almost 27 months and he is now in the 2 year old class! I love the fact they give you papers of how they did through the day, they have on a piece of paper in front of the door what is needed every week, even all the kids in the classroom have their own cubby w their name on it

I miss this daycare SOOOO much. I was forced to withdraw my children due to scheduling and distance. But if I lived near this facility I would put my children back in this daycare in heartbeat. I have never received the love and compassion from any other facility that is given from this peace of heaven. I wish Mrs Juanita could be cloned. I pray you open up more facilities in the near future.

This daycare was a God send for my family. My daughter and her husband were deployed over the holiday season, and I had to take full guardianship over my grandchildren. After visiting several daycare facilities, this was the ONLY facility my daughter and my grandson felt comfortable in. It was hard enough having to say "see you later" to mommy and daddy for 365+ days, so when he initially met the staff during a tour and smiled for the first time (after crying at so many others), we knew this was it. During my visits the staff have always been very pleasant, respectful, and courteous, and work well

My family is truly blessed because of this daycare. I have been to several daycare's over the years and I have never received the love and welcoming presence as I have with Heavenly Haven. Mrs Juanita really has a gift for taking care of children. You almost feel like she has birthed every last one of the babies in her center. The atmosphere is organized and loving. She runs a professional daycare but treats every person that comes through her door like family. My children have grown up and gone on to regular school but still wanna visit Mrs. Juanita. A Heavenly Haven daycare is a wonderful place for your child to come and experience and atmosphere of love and nurturing. I highly recommend this facility if you want your child or children to come and be in a safe environment where learning is a priority. The care and concern that the staff shows the children is exceptional. This Center definitely deserves five stars!!!

A Heavenly Haven for my family is more than a childcare facility. I took my precious blessing to this center at a time that she’d never been away from her immediate family and from the communication back forth during my search for a perfect fit through her fearful moments the staff handled our family and baby with loving care. My 2 year old looks forward to her times at this center and the progression that she’s making is remarkable! The owner of this facility along with her staff places a smile upon my heart and have encouraged me through some trying times! This center is more than childcare

My children were 2 of the first kids back when they first opened. Anyone who says that the staff and/owner doesn’t care about children is a COMPLETE LIE!! They love those kids with everything that’s in them! My son has Autism and he was the first special needs child at Heavenly Haven. The owner made sure that the staff was properly trained to be able to handle my son and others that came behind him. The children there are learning and not just watching tv or playing all day. When my kids got to school age, they were prepared and exceeded their levels. I love Heavenly Haven. If there are any

I met the owner of Heavenly Haven in Roanoke Rapids, NC where she owned an operated Kids World an interactive Playhouse for children. I was impressed first of all by the beautiful, clean, and safe atmosphere provided for children. Juanita was always professional and the atmosphere was always positive. I had just had my first child when I met her and I was blessed to see that a place like this was available in our small town of Roanoke Rapids where we had limited places for kids to play. Heavenly Haven epitomizes a professional, caring, and positive place for the children to thrive and do their best! The staff is excellent and truly care about the children’s welfare and create a loving atmosphere for them to excel! We need more centers like this and my hat is off to the owner Juanita Williams.
