We had an emergency situation following a recent flood and ongoing rain resulting in our HVAC going out. Ben came highly recommended over Facebook as we desperately sought help from friends. I easily submitted an emergency request on the Scruggs HVAC website (which was very easy to navigate) and I was contacted by Ben via text in no time. He helped me troubleshoot possibilities until he could get to us. He offered immediate assistance that night, we opted for the following day.
