I bought Permanent hair color $25 for a box. It did nothing to change the color of the Gray in my hair. Response when I Contacted them..."Our hair color is all natural and does not contain any harsh chemicals. Yes It does cover gray. As a natural hair color, it has a cumulative effect - the more you color the better color deposition you will get. You might need a couple of consecutive applications to achieve the desired results depending on how resistant the gray is. For example, you might consider doing 2 applications on the same day or wait a couple of days and do another application. We

I bought their grey blending system for men, both the old and the new versions. Neither had any effect on my hair. I even contacted them and they provided alternative instructions. Again, nothing. It's not normal for hair color to have absolutely NO effect. I think the stuff just doesn't work.
One more thing that bugged me: They only allow contact via email. I asked if there was a number I could call to discuss my concerns, and they said to use email only. That's a pretty lousy way to deal with a concerned customer.
