Being independent contractors, our stylists determine their own pricing based on experience and skills. Price ranges are indicated below. Our stylists' experience ranges from 8 to 30+ years; each has their own specialty and flair. Discover a personality that is right for you. They are all stars in their own right!.

Caroline was very attentive and really made sure she knew what I wanted before we got started and she absolutely delivered even better than I expected. I would 10/10 recommend requesting her if you're looking to get a balayage!

I've been coming to this salon since I moved to the neighborhood 3 years ago, and I'll probably never go anywhere else as long as I live in Minneapolis. I'm the type of person who can only make appointments a day in advance, and they are always able to fit me in. I've had my hair cut by Tom twice now and he's done a beautiful job both times. Once for a major trim that my hair desperately needed, and recently for an entirely new style for me involving lots of layers. Jen Cummings is wonderful. I found her through a referral from a friend and have been going to her for over a decade. Recently my husband converted to Jen after realizing that his haircuts lasted much longer ( a real time saver when you have a toddler). And she has begun to cut our son's hair too, with some impressive acrobatics! It's become a nice family outing to get our haircuts together.

I had the pleasure of looking somewhat decent even as I get older, ha!, thanks to Tom Z ever since I moved back to Mpls few years back. Now my 9 year daughter will not get her haircut anywhere else but here. Everyone in this salon are super friendly and warm and treat you like a family, and yes a cliche but the truth.

I am ever so grateful that there are salons out there that still know how to listen to their clients and ask clarifying questions if need be!
I had a subpar haircut and was not happy, so on a whim I dropped in to the salon and asked about their services, fully expecting to have to make an appointment for a later date.
The receptionist was polite and able to answer my questions as well as steer me on who to see.
Erin was just finishing with a client and had some time before her next. She graciously came over and talked to me about what I wanted, and fit me in!

I was wandering aimlessly in the hair stylist desert when I came upon an oasis called.......Salon La Terre. Tracy Burlow, the owner, has been my stylist, confidant, therapist, life coach, and friend for almost 10 years. She has guided me through short cuts, long cuts, bobs, layers, partial foils, full foils, and countless "just make me look good". Every time I look fantastic! Not only does she do a quality job, but the style ALWAYS grows out well - you know, when you just can't get there soon enough! She gets the color right time and time again, and she is extremely reasonably priced

The woman on the phone when I tried to make my appointment was extremely rude and short with me, after I merely inquired about available appointment times. If the management doesn't care about good customer experience at the front end of the business, I doubt they care much about providing a good service either.

Marcy Darling is fantastic. I first went to her when the hair salon I went to upon moving to town BUTCHERED my hair. IT took years to grow out, and she helped me not to look horrid every step of the way.
Color, cuts, waxing, special event hair do, blow outs... she does it all really well, and with a fantastic sense of humor... I always laugh in her chair, even when I'm freaking out. For my wedding, she even came in really bloody early so that we had enough time to get my hair done and to fit in 3 out of town members of my bridal party.
And she does a fantastic job with curly hair!!!

I have been getting cut and color from Tracy for 6 years now and have no idea how I survived before. All the stylists are fantastic and take time to consult with you, find the right color, find the right cut, and LISTEN! My sister's entire bridal party invaded the salon for updo's and they were all extremely pleased with the results. If you want a down-to-earth, friendly salon with real people who make you look fantastic, this is the place for you. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
