The CHP are tax collectors with badges. Shaking down down citizens with 500 dollar speeding tickets. Get a ticket, call Venus at Uthman Law she will handle everything. Over several years I received 3 speeding tickets. The last one was for going over 100 MPH. Uthman beat all of em. Money well spent.

I am an uber driver and i do get tickets every now and then. My friend told me about Uthman Law Office and they have fought my first ticket and won. Since then whenever i get a ticket, i just let these guys do the job. I don't need to appear in court. They take care of everything and kept informed me. These guys kept my tickets dismissed with no further action necessary from me. I definitely use them again and i highly recommend them. You guys rock. Thanks again from a grateful uber driver.

They don't even know how to do their job
I paid them 250$ for traffic light ticket and 2 months later I reserved a letter from them said i have to pay my fine (the whole amount) 500$ so basically they just went to the court to sign the ticket for me and make me pay 750$ for traffic light ticket.
I didn't recommend it to anyone.

I've been using this firm forever and know a remarkable amount about this unusual niche of law. I'm a client of professional ticket representation for over 25 years and would NEVER defend my own ticket in court. Once you understand, the choice is obvious.

I like to really thank Attorney David K Uthman for representing me during my re examination process after getting into a few accidents this year that was not my fault, a CHP officer from my last accident referred me to DMV for re examination and Mr. Uthman here helped prepared me for the re examination as well being present with me at the SF DMV, thanks to him I was able to avoid a Driver License suspension. Its just so good. When I just got the ticket, I was worried a lot. A friend recommend David Uthman to me. Its easy, just gave them a call, they handle everything for me. 5 months later, they email me said my case is close. No need to pay the citation, no need to go to traffic school.

A cop ticketed me for going 10 over downtown. David's office was very quick. They had me in and out. Better yet, they were able to get my ticket dismissed!! Their price is definitely worth what'd you pay otherwise with the ticket and the increase in insurance rates. I can't recommend him and his staff enough.

On 2016, Salesforce was in town for a convention. traffic in San Francisco it's already heavy withbout conventions,it is 5 times worse Whit conventions, I did a u-turn on what they like to call illegal u-turn on a busines district due to this convention heavy traffic. it's a one-point moving violation 386$ ticket. With the help of this Law forum I was able to reduce it to a no point violation 285$ ticket no traffic school. There worth every penny. Highly recommend this Law Firm.

I met David only one time when I asked him to help me for speeding ticket. After that time, I never have to contact him because he kept me updated with my case. After few month I got email saying that "Congratulations! We were successful in obtaining a dismissal of your case in the San Francisco County Superior Court and no further action is required." It was great news for me. I will highly recommend him for matter of traffic citation.

You get what you pay for. For $125 you get terrible representation. I tired many times before my trial to speak with my attorney. Not necessary they said. Just come at 1 pm on the day of your trial. Apparently, many of Mr. Uthman's clients don't even come to court.
Mr. Uthman was extremely busy, when I arrived, gave me less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Never felt I had his undivided attention. Told me I had no case. He didn't actually handle my case either. A junior associate named Mike handled my case. Along with at least 20 other cases across two different courtrooms.
