Doug came to visit me today and gave me terrific trusted advice on how best to set up our home theater. He even helped me get my other sound bar working correctly to play my roku, since he had an extra cable in his truck. Just great advice and help, no high pressure. I would recommend! I haven't spent a dime yet, but he's earned my trust and biz when I am ready. First impressions are always important and he was great today!
