I love Braun Dermatology. Dr. Braun and her team offer a full list of procedures and prevention. I have found everyone are extremely professional, so warm and know all about your needs as they listen and read back on your chart. Beside Dr. Braun who is outstanding, I have worked with Gina on my skin three times. She is very knowledgeable and practical yet never loses her patient centered attitude.

Dr. Hester excellent; staff efficient, well versed. Unfortunately the reservation system that the practice uses is a fail. After three attempts to move my appointment up via the practice's online appointment site then calling and leaving a message - which did not receive a call back - I kept the appointment I had. Fortunately Dr. Hester and the staff at Kingstown are excellent.

Care providers were thoughtful in providing educational info, explanations and answering questions. Did not feel rushed. Clean office and examination room. Easy, free parking. And really appreciate no push for aesthetic/ cosmetic procedures (not even signs for them that I noticed) as so many dermatology clinics do.

I arrived and was checked in promptly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The mask and social distancing was enforced and made me feel very comfortable being there. Dr. Hester was extremely professional giving me a lot of information and worked with me to make choices about my dermatological needs. I was very happy with my entire experience and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I was referred to your office by a family member and since you are very close to home I decided to schedule an appointment for my husband and son for a new patient visit. Unfortunately, I had horrible experience on trying to get a new patient appointment from your office. First, the website prompt you to schedule your appointment online which was impressive and very convenient, but when I did, I received an email saying my appointments were denied ... I did it 3x!!! My appointment was with Dr. Hester and she saw me right on time. I’d had a previous skin cancer screening last year at a different practice where the doctor appeared to give me a cursory one minute look over and sent me on my way. Dr. Hester was much more thorough, using some type of blue light to check every part of me. She asked a lot of questions of me and answered all of mine in a relaxed setting. I never felt rushed by her at all. I left feeling much more confident in the results of this examination as opposed to the last one and look forward to working with her in the future.

Needing a new dermatologist after moving to this area earlier this year, I saw that Braun Dermatology had very good Yelp reviews, and I have a good friend who recommended them. Making an appointment on-line was a breeze, and Dr. Hester was professional and very thorough in my all-over scan. Two minor issues: not being checked in properly by the receptionist, causing me to sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes until the issue was discovered and I was called back. And the second: the receptionist failed to request my Photo ID and Medical card to xerox when I thought I had been checked in. I thought

I am very pleased with Braun Dermatology. This was my first visit to the Kingstowne offices and it was easy to find and the parking is free and plentiful. I was greeted immediately, with courtesy and I was checked in and called for my appointment quickly. The doctor and support staff were helpful, informative, answered all my questions and gave me clear instructions regarding post-procedure instructions and contact. I also was able to make my next appointment while checking out. I am very pleased with my experience.
