I would give this review a "No Star" review if I could. I am truly disgusted in the customer service, dependability and overall experience I had with alpha omega Swiss.
We placed an order on 11-14-14 and were assured are order would be completed on 12-18-14 or sooner.
We called every week and were told they would be done. They even said they would send a first article to insure everything was correct. We never heard from them again until we continuously called asking what happened with the parts.
A day before the parts were due we went by there shop to check for ourselves if the parts
