I love visiting Dr. K and her team! Dr. K is always thorough, listens to me and goes above and beyond to make sure that we are addressing everything.
I see her for acupuncture, cupping and naturopath - she is able to blend all aspects seemingly. She will even try western approaches if needed. Her team is friendly and accommodating, and there is an office dog - Norma Jean.... It doesn’t get much better in the Pacific Northwest!!!

I've had numerous visits to Lighthouse Natural Medicine in the last 3 years and have been very pleased with my overall experience. The staff is very friendly everytime I walk through their doors and I know with peace of mind that I'm getting 1st class service from people that care about my health, Everytime. Dr. Knutson has helped me tremendously in identifying causes for my illnesses, recommending the right supplements, and her overall plan of action is on point. This is a fantastic office with fantastic staff. I highly reccomend these folks. Professional and yet extremely friendly. Tara is an expert at blood draws.... she always gets me on the first try.
