NYSAR3 provides statewide leadership on waste reduction, reuse and recycling issues and practices to improve the environment. We are an advisory organization for legislative and regulatory matters in reduction, reuse and recycling. We are the education and training resource for all aspects of reduction, reuse and recycling.

NYSAR3 is about you, the people of New York State interested in learning about, supporting and promoting recycling in New York State. NYSAR3 strives to keep membership rates inexpensive and accesible to all. Membership includes variety of benefits including the Network, NYSAR3's newsletter; access to the NYSAR3 listserve; discounts at NYSAR3 and Federation Conferences; automatic membership in the National Recycling Coalition.
Most of NYSAR3's activity results directly from the dedicated work of volunteer members across New York participating on one or more of our committees and councils. The New York State Association of Reduction, Reuse and Recycling (NYSAR3) represents recycling professionals in New York State, including public officials, business professionals and individuals. As part of our organization's outreach and education efforts we conduct an annual Recycling Conference and Trade Show in November.
