Sam and all the workers here are great. Very honest and fair pricing. I would highly recommend them. I first came for a check engine diagnosis that I was not charged for as this was a minor glitch. I then came again on a Saturday for a headlight bulb replacement that was done quickly. Good folks here at star auto.

We brought our car in for a diagnostic because it was making sounds which resulted in us needing our starter and a strut mount replaced. Star Auto did not try to sell us services our vehicle did not need. The repairs we needed are pricy and Star Auto helped us get to a more affordable price while making sure our car would be in working order. When we picked our car up it had been cleaned by the car wash next door at no extra charge to us. Star Auto provided amazing customer service and went above and beyond to work with our budget and surprise us with a clean car. Highly recommend Star Auto.

My family came down to pick me up from college and they had an issue with the car. We called Star Auto to see if they could fit us in to get it looked at, they were super helpful. They were very mindful of our time since we needed to drive back. In the end they said it was free of charge and all they said was we could leave a review and/or a tip if we wanted. Super nice and really came in clutch. Will definitely stop by again if we need anything else!

I can truly say that Sam is a great guy. Honesty and integrity is something that you question when you go to a mechanic sometimes but TRUST me when I say you wont with him. I went to get a diagnostic and Eduardo (one of the mechanics) did it in a jiffy. When I came back to get it changed I went in to the waiting room and what felt like 10 mins the tires were changed and I was ready to get back on the road.

Our car stalled in a parking lot in Irvine on our road trip back to Sacramento. We called Sam to see if he could get us in on a sat to look at it.
He went above and beyond. Even drove to the parking lot to assess it while we waited on our tow truck. He diagnosed the problem and got the part ordered so he could get us going as quick as possible.
They stayed late to finish our car and took extra time to ensure they showed us everything and answered our questions. Honest, fair and good people. Highly recommend them!
