Studio Walz is really Scott & Valorie Walz. We started our business after returning to Lexington from California in 1992. Why Lexington? We went to the University of Kentucky, met at Second Presbyterian Church, fell in love and were married at the same church. We cherish Lexington and the state of Kentucky and choose to live where we fell in love.

My wife introduced me to Studio Walz a few years ago when we had our engagement and wedding pictures taken by Scott. Ever since, they've been our go-to for all things photography. Scott and Valorie take professionalism to a whole new level and consistently provide an excellent and enjoyable experience. If there were 10 stars, I would give Studio Walz an 11!! Scott and his team are unbelievable and will make sure your pictures, whether family photos or for a wedding, are exactly what you hoped for! They exceeded mine and my husbands (and our families!) expectations for our wedding and we could not be any more proud of the pictures he took. My son and daughter both had their senior pictures taken by Scott; he took pictures in the studio and on location. Scott instructed them to bring in several changes of clothing and helped them select what to wear for each location; we had a great time and he made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Our pictures were amazing and we had so many shots to choose from for framing, to send in graduation announcements and to relatives. Our experience with both of our children was highly positive and we have beautiful pictures and memories.
