East Gate was started in 1990 by Diane & Tracy Peck. Both have had many years of experience treating a wide range of conditions. The Wisdom of Chinese medicine teaches that the body-mind-spirit has a self-regulating mechanism that when given the right information allows for health, healing & vitality on all levels.
To assist with this process we utilize acupuncture, Chinese herbs, Cupping, Gua Sha, Qigong and other traditional and modern approaches for the restoration of ones' health and vitality through natural means. True harmony and health comes from following the natural ebb & flow of the seasons, as well as, the ebb & flow of life changes.

Several thousand years ago, East Asian practitioners discovered that the body forms disharmonies as a result of the various physical and mental stresses of life. Oriental medical theory explains these disharmonies as an imbalance of opposing forces called yin and yang. This imbalance disrupts the movement of the body's vital energy (qi) along the meridian pathways, which are channels through which the body's energy is thought to flow.
Chinese herbs are often used in conjunction with acupuncture for added therapeutic effect. While many cultures have herbal medicine traditions, the sophistication of Chinese herbal medicine is unsurpassed. Chinese herbal medicine has a long history reaching back several thousand years, and the resulting system is now used to treat everything from the common cold to certain types of cancer.
What is massage therapy? Massage therapy has been practiced in most Eastern and Western cultures throughout history, and was one of the earliest tools that people used to try to relieve pain, manage a health condition or enhance wellness. It involves manipulating the soft tissues of the body. After completing the forms, we will go over them to establish which areas you would like worked on and any conditions you would like addressed.
From the moment you enter East Gate, you are enveloped in an air of peacefulness and you intuitively feel you are in the right place! Tracy is welcoming and immediately puts you at ease. He truly listens and is always happy to answer questions. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable, and has helped me through surgery, pain ailments and managing the stress of everyday life.

Tracy Peck is an incredibly gifted professional. He is super modest given his level of skill and knowledge of his profession. He is an expert in his field, and provides caring and effective treatments to help all manner of ailments and the body as a whole. I have been seeing him for a few years now, and in that time have had several major health issues resolved. I credit my healing in large part to the gentle, gradual and effective nature of his acupuncture treatments.

A friend needed a referral and I realized that I never left a review.
I had a minor motorcycle accident and suffered a broken hand among other things a few years back.
Even after the hand healed it felt weak at times and being in the IT industry my hands are my life so I went to East Gate Healing Arts Center on the recommendation of a friend.
They definitely helped to resolve the issue and I was quite satisfied.
