Every rug need to be deep cleaned anywhere from two to five years depends on the usage and traffic patterns. This is a wonderful rug store. The owner Mr. Alan Ahmadi is such a gentleman and so knowledgeable about all kinds of rugs, and his son Arash is also incredibly gracious and helpful. We bought two rugs so far and get compliments on them all the time. Also, we turned in a wool rug for cleaning and the rug turned out so beautifully! Anyone who owns a nice rug should have them regularly cleaned at Pooshan - it makes a rug feel so luxurious and brand new and is totally worth the (modest) cost. I recommend this business to anyone looking for informed, helpful and family-oriented, nice service. Highly

Allan is great owner! We had bought a beautiful Bokhara rug from him without really seeing if it would fit in our new home. Once our home was done with renovations, we realized the rug was too big for the space we originally had planned and wanted to see if we could use it as store credit. Allan without hesitation accepted our plea and worked with us to get 2 modern rugs that would work with our home. It was a pleasure to work with him and the Pooshan team. POOSHAN has made our carpet experience incredible.

I stopped in randomly one day and have now purchased a rug from them, had them clean and repair two other rugs I bought at an estate sale / was given, had them carpet a playroom and install a runner on our stairs to the 2nd floor.
