He repaired my computer in one day, and was very transparent about his pricing and did not do any unnecessary work. He even cleaned some bloatware from my computer and updated it at no additional cost. If I ever need my computer repaired again I will certainly be coming back here.

We knew we had a virus and our printer wasn’t working well. Joe came in and saw right away what the trouble was. He fixed everything and showed me and my husband exactly how to navigate better on our Apple computer. Joe is so professional, polite and patient. So glad we found him!

It really hurt to know that my computer was probably never going to be restored without paying a pretty penny. Macbooks are not cheap to come by, and are even MORE expensive to repair. My macbook from 2013 stopped working all of a sudden, and Apple quoted me a few hundred dollars to fix. So, I waited a few years to buy a new one and saved up to buy one in 2020 - only for it to break from water damage! I was so afraid to go back to Apple and get it repaired- But I looked around locally for a repair shop that could help me. Joe worked with me so much to repair my computer without breaking the bank

My experience with Dr. Computers was outstanding. Joe for one thing is very honest and straight forward of what I can or cannot expect. He managed my expectations from the very beginning; which was greatly appreciated. My MAC got wet with the flooding of my basement. I took it to microcenter and their response was to send to apple and pay more than the cost of the laptop top to get it fixed. Dr. Computer (Joe) was able to fix my MacBook Pro and get it functioning at a fraction of the cost that Microcenter quoted me. I am very grateful for his effort and continued remote support if I have a problem
