We were in serious trouble with a tight deadline to meet. Due to circumstances out of our control, we were forced to use Windows 7 until a compliance issue arose. A Windows 10 upgrade and update was imminent and only had 24 hours to correct.

I purchased two computers from them. One was an inexpensive one for the kids and another was a rebuild. The nicer of the two computers had problems from the start. I called to have them look at it and I was pawned off to another tech whom took over a week to try and pick it up. I had forgotten the computer that day but live only 1 mile from work. The tech was rude to say the least. Said he didn't have time for me and wouldn't return my phone calls.
