We were looking for a twin over full bunk bed and finally found one here! Beautiful quality of wood and sturdy. We had found an add online for $50 less than in store and Ian matched their online advertisement. He also didn't have one in stock in a box so he helped us take down the floor model so we didn't have to wait 6+ months. What a great experience!

Ian provided excellent service he was very attentive and we were greeted right away he was very patient listened to our questions and answered each one perfectly! Good customer service in store, was lied to about the amount i had to pay, had bed delivered and to be set up but i had to bring my bed in from the delivery van and had to set it up my self even though i sat it up to be delivered and set up worst experience i ever had. Go somewhere else to get your bed at lease other place they deliver and set it up like they say when you purchase your bed. So funny when you put in a complaint about what was said of free delivery and setup on $199 or more but your in the wrong, will now never go back after the response i got from the owner. Can’t give a 0 star

My husband and I stopped in to check the store out for the first time just to see what it was about. We ended up leaving with a bed set, sheets, sheet protector and we couldn’t be happier. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. Kimberly was answered all our questions and the other staff was overly helpful when needed when we had questions. They worked well together and were/are a great team. Highly recommend anyone shop here! They even helped me convince my husband to get pink sheets! (Just kidding). The Pecks will be back!

My experience at factory direct mattress on center point in Cedar Rapids was absolutely amazing! Ian Emanuel gave the best customer service I’ve had in years. He really knew what he was talking about when it came to the bedding and mattress. He is also very good at up selling !!! He deserves a promotion! Overall I will always recommend this place to friends, family, & co workers!
