Flamm Walton Heimbach started in 1996 when Wally Flamm gathered seven other lawyers from one of Philadelphia's preeminent and largest law firms, Clark Ladner Fortenbaugh & Young to start a new practice aimed primarily at the entrepreneurial market.
Wally, long a dean of the management labor bar, and a managing partner of Clark Ladner, saw that there was a need for "big city law practice" in an affordable and accessible scale for the entrepreneurial market.

Eric Atherholt received his B.A. in History from Dickinson College in 1969 and his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of Penn State University in 1972. Rick has spent most of his career as an in-house attorney in the equipment leasing and equipment finance industry.
Most recently, Rick worked as Chief Counsel for PNC Equipment Finance, the successor to CoActiv Capital Corp. and Element Financial Corp. where he worked for six years as VP/General Counsel.Prior to that, he spent 27 years as General Counsel and Corporate Compliance Officer with DLL Financial Services and its predecessor Tokai Financial Services.

Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Paul practiced law at a 20 lawyer Montgomery County law firm and served as the Managing Partner for 19 years. Provides legal advice to private clubs as it relates to tax issues and court decisions about a club's status as a "Bona Fide Private Club". Regularly counsels clients on estate and trust administration and Orphans' Court litigation.
Mr. Fitzpatrick has a wide-ranging practice which includes criminal defense, civil litigation, real estate, entertainment law and international business transactions. In his litigation practice, Mr. Fitzpatrick focuses on defending clients who have been charged with serious federal or state crimes; representing injured plaintiffs in significant personal injury actions; and representing businesses in contractual disputes.
Matt is a Shareholder and represents clients in commercial disputes. These clients range from small, individually owned companies to national financial services firms. Matt has litigated and tried cases in state and federal courts as well as in private arbitrations and administrative hearings. Matt also advises companies and institutions on labor-and-employment matters.
