The first time I went there they fixed my phone and I had a good experience. Although when I got home and began to use my phone after 10 minutes the entire screen with navy blue. I brought it back the same day and they had to put on a new screen to fix the issue. A couple of weeks later my phone fell off the table and onto a fluffy rug. When I picked it up the screen was shattered. I brought it back they fixed it again and it lasted a few more weeks. Then one day I clicked the home button and The screen cracked down the middle. They are very responsive, and they are extremely professional. I have a iPhone 12 and I cracked the screen on it (no insurance, of course) no one else could get a new screen for it but Cell Phone Repair did!!!

I came in here with a iPhone SE Gen 1 with a blacked out screen. The guy gave me a quote on the spot for screen replacement (and battery replacement, since I asked for it): 1 hour. All in all it came out $30 more than ordering the parts from iFixit, and that's if I had gotten free shipping. Hella deal.

I would give 0 stars if possible, uses cheap repair screens and charges full apple store pricing...the only thing that favored him was convenience as its near my home. Had an issue with the screen and he had the audacity to charge me $20 for fixing something behind his initial $200 screen install. Poor business ethic, will be the last money he ever gets from me.

Replaced the screen on my iphone 11pro max for $200 cash, screen wasnt responding to touch a week later drop it off to him and come pick it up to get charged another $20 for something that was behind the screen he installed. Blamed it on the broken back of my iphone, poor business practice, even purchased a case initially...that $20 will be the last money he ever gets from me. Stay away and take your money elsewhere.

These guys are awsome. I highly recommend them if you have any issues with your phone. Apple or Samsung they do them all and are very competitive with pricing, gaurentee screen repairs for 6 months, are incredibly polite and accurate. They did not charge more than they told me on the phone and they took less time than they said to fix my galaxy note. I am very happy with their service. They now have my business and i will recommend them as often as I can. I am going back this week to fix another Samsung screen. Thank you!!!

Awful Service- brought my iPhone into Needham location - they repaired the glass on phone and upsold me most expensive protector. 3 days later my phone had a huge crack and phone was not dropped. They refused to replace it for free. They blamed me and used every excuse why there are no guarantees. never go there - go to Ubreak they guarantee glass

First time ever having to repair my phone for whatever reason. The guys at this shop were extremely friendly and professional. Best prices and work around. Had to change my charger port for my iPhone X. They fixed it in under 30 minutes! If I ever have any problems with my phone in the future I will definitely be coming back here. Brought my brand new (not even two month old) XR phone in for back glass repair. Left the store after I picked up my phone and noticed the side buttons no longer worked. Went back a few minutes later and was told that they would fix it, no problem, but they needed to order a new part. Dropped off my phone again a week later and left it for several hours. When I returned that day to pick up my phone, I was told the issue was fixed as the owner of the store had told me he accidentally damaged a part when fixing the back. I went it to replace my screen for iphone 7. The guy took only 15 mins and was on his phone throughout while repairing my screen. He wasn't even paying attention or concentrating on what he was doing.
The 3d touch and the front camera doesn't work anymore.
While I don't care cos I only repaired to trade in my phone for the new iphone but if you are repairing to use it for the near future, you're better off either going to bestbuy or apple store and get the original screen. Not to mention this cheap screen makes the display very dull.

Outstanding service. The prices and wait time are more than reasonable. The owner takes pride in his business and work and it shows. My screen needed replacement and he did a great job. A few days later, something wasn't right and the screen lost sensitivity in one area. He promptly fixed it, at no cost, explaining to me what the issue was. I will recommend everyone to this business!

I came with a Moto G4 phone that was working fine but had a broken screen. The guy there said he will replace the screen but when I am back. It just does not work. The screen won't even light up. I asked them to put back my old broken screen but that also didn't help and they took a cool 50$ for all the screen replacements! I get the phone checked at two other repair places and find out that the phone can no longer be repaired with confidence. It is heating up on charging! I
