These people are criminals! Purchased a South Bend Lathe, it arrived 3 weeks after purchase (said it would arrive in 1 week). It wasn't lag bolted to the pallet just a couple of straps over the top and heavily plastic wrapped. Once I removed the plastic wrap you could see that it was badly damaged. I contacted them right away and sent photos of the damage. They said I shouldn't have signed for it, I commented that I couldn't see the damage through the plastic wrap and that the trucking company has a comment that "unseen damage" must be reported in 5 days of receipt. Too bad the salesman is so hard to push the Chinese line of enco equipment, I call looking for a roll in saw, they are trying to sell me a enco turn pro saw that vertical and horizontal, that saw is great for the home owner, I tried to tell him this is not the same. I have huge Do-All saws, Ellis saws and many other saws but I need a roll in saw for a specific job. He then tells me he has a popular enco saw again?!?!? Politely I say thanks for your time and he grumbles. Too bad because they are local and so am I and when I need shop equipment I'll have to call another business.
