Mate Precision Technologies was founded in 1962 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as the Mate Punch and Die Co. We started as a specialist in the design, manufacture and marketing of punch press tooling. Initially, we operated only locally, but saw the need for national punch press tooling specialist. In 1967, Mate began increasing our presence across the United States.
